What are you Thankful for today??

Happy Thanksgiving!

 It's really only fitting that we TALK TURKEY.  And, yes, I know that it's just a little more than cliche, but who really cares? 

Thanksgiving, also affectionally dubbed "Turkey Day" by any one of a million brilliant children, I'm sure, is all about giving THANKS. 

But, can ONE EVER REALLY be THANKFUL ENOUGH?  Probably not, but the effort should be made.  What aere you THANKFUL for??

  

So, without futher ado...Here come the THANKS!!

THANKS for FAMILY, the ones you LOVE & the ones you have LOVED. 

THANKS for the JOY of IMMEDIATE FAMILY, your WIFE or HUSBAND and BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN.

THANKS FOR THE CHANCE TO HELP SHAPE YOUR CHILDREN into productive & sucessfule adults (although, that's a really hard one to accept.)
THANKS for the ONES WHO LOVE or HAVE LOVED YOU. 
THANKS for the FRIENDS you are so fortunate to have and proabably consider FAMILY anyway.
THANKS for the BREATH that you thrive on. 
THANKS for the Trials and Tribulations that make up this CRAZY LIFE...Even when our BLESSINGS are quite artfully disguised.
THANKS for the COURAGE you can muster to see you through, even through what seems to be  the DARKEST of all of the DARKEST hours. 
THANKS for the FREEDOM that so many of our FRIENDS and LOVED ones fight for and give their LIVES to defend.
THANKS for the DETERMINATION that forces you to KEEP GOING, EVEN when you'd really rather HIDE.
THANKS for the ability to REALIZE that what may seem BAD  in your our world; would be so much more than AWESOME to those who don't even have the basics to be THANKFUL for.  The SAME  BASICS that many of us take for granted MORE TIMES THAN NOT.
THANKS for the people who don't even have the basics to be THANKFUL for BUT  SOMEHOW STILL ARE. 
THANKS for the CHILDREN, who are the FUTURE for ALL of us.
THANKS for those you can pick up the phone and call ANYTIME, without hesitation.
THANKS for those that GAVE US LIFE...(Even though they brought us into this world and they can take us right back out, if we're not careful.)  Really, where would we be without them?
THANKS for the FORSIGHT that can convince us that "this" really isn't the END of the world, even thought it may feel like it is.  THANKS for that STRENGTH and the FREE WILL to move forward.
THANKS for the WHOLE NEW WORLD that's right around the bend, even though it may be impossible to believe at times.  THANKS for the capability to make it around said bend.
Thanks for the ability to know that PAIN is only PAIN and although that pain can sometimes take your breath away,it can't last forever. 
THANKS for the ability to FORGIVE, even though you may NEVER FORGET.
THANKS for those COMFORTING hugs, whomever they may be from.
THANKS for STEPHANIE MYERS and the fantasy world of the TWILIGHT SAGA...Ev
en though the escape is only short-lived...for now anyway, unless she graces us with a little bit more!
THANKS for the KNOWING and COMFORTING WISDOM to realize that even thought it would be so EASY to RUN AWAY and HIDE, sometimes the HARD ROAD, although BUMPY may just be the way to go.
THANKS for HUSBANDS that you can count on...The ones that do so much, EVEN without your ASKING it of them. The ones that still open your doors for you, after sharing a life for 12 years.  (And, especially the ones who've learned to live with CRAZY.)
THANKS for the WISDOM that seems to come with AGE.  THANKS for living long enough to realize that you may be a little wiser. 
THANKS for the years of life that HELP you DEVELOP more matur point of views, on EVERYTHING!
THANKS for the words of appreciation, comfort and support that allow you to take the journey in pursuit of a long held DREAM.
